They only rushed for 77 yards while giving up 202 rushing yards, were only 4/17 on third down, and committed three turnovers. The 49ers are 1-2 on the road this season.

Chris Reynolds (1,533 yards 16 TD 5 INT) leads the 49ers and after 10 TD and only one INT in three games he only had one TD and two picks in the bad loss to FAU. Charlotte does have two solid WR’s in Victor Tucker (537 yards 2 TD) and Grant DuBose (536 yards 5 TD), who are each averaging over 14 yards per reception. Tucker has nearly 200 receiving yards in the last two games and DuBose has over 210 receiving yards in his last three games. Calvin Camp leads the team with 391 rushing yards but he has not rushed for over 38 yards in two of the last three games. Shadrick Byrd has 317 rushing yards but is only averaging 3.9 yards per carry and has not rushed for over 19 yards in two of the last three games. WKU only ranks 119th in the nation in pass defense and 82nd in run defense.
