Jaguars struggle offensively againSeason form
The Jaguars started the season in sprightly fashion but have since lost a bit of momentum as this has progressed. They are currently on a three-game losing streak, including two defeats to ranked opponents in the last two games. They are now 3-5 for the season.
In the previous game, the Jaguars were beaten 38-10 by the Ragin Cajuns. Desmond Trotter had 133 yards (15 of 28) including a touchdown and a pick. South Alabama had just 268 yards of offense, while allowing UL 506 yards.
The Jaguars offense has been well below par this season. In fact, they are averaging just 20.9 points per game. Despite their defense stepping up in games, they still need some level of offense to revive this season.
