The Cincinnati Bearcats will be going for their first road win of the season when they face the Indiana Hoosiers on Saturday afternoon. The Bearcats are coming off a 42-7 win over Murray State as 36-point favorites. The Hoosiers are coming off a 56-14 win over Idaho as 31.5-point favorites.

 

Bearcats Going For third Consecutive Win

The Bearcats are off to a good start after winning their first two games. They will try to keep their record perfect with a win over the Hoosiers, which will give them their third win in a row.

 

 

 

Cincinnati is averaging 45.5 points per game. They scored 42 points in their last game, throwing for 261 yards while rushing for 130 yards.

Desmond Ridder completed 14 of 22 passes for 243 yards and two touchdowns. Jerome Ford had 18 carries for 113 yards and three touchdowns, while Tyler Scott had four receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown.

Cincinnati has also played well defensively, giving up 10.5 points per game through their first two games. They gave up seven points in their last game and will need a similar performance if they want to get the win.

 

Hoosiers Going For Second Consecutive Win

The Hoosiers made a statement with a big win over Idaho after getting spanked by Iowa in their first game. They will try to keep the momentum going with a win over the Bearcats, which will give them their second win in a row.

 

 

 

Indiana is averaging 31 points per game. They scored 56 points in their last game, throwing for 159 yards while rushing for 179 yards.

Michael Penix Jr. completed 11 of 16 passes for 68 yards and two touchdowns. Stephen Carr had 22 carries for 118 yards and one touchdown, while A.J. Barner had one reception for 76 yards and one touchdown.

Indiana hasn’t been as good defensively, giving up 24 points per game through two games. They gave up 14 points in their last game and will need another solid defensive effort if they want to pull off the upset.
