The Philadephia Flyers rank 10th in the NHL, posting a record of 31-19-7. The Flyers enter this game coming off of a tough loss and have gone 6-3-1 in their last 10 games. The Flyers have been alright on the road this season, going 12-14-3 so far this season. On the other side of the ice, the Florida Panthers have gone 30-20-6 this year, ranking 15th in the NHL. The Panthers have gone 5-4-1 in their last 10 games, winning their last game. While at home, the Panthers have gone 16-10-2, quite good for the home team. These teams are closely ranked and both need two points to help push towards the playoffs.

Florida Panthers Love Playing at Home

The Florida Panthers are killing it this season at home going 16-10-2 on the year. The Panthers enter this game ranked 28th in goals allowed per game when on home ice. Goalie problems have big the only problem for this Florida squad, they are desperate for some solid play from Sergei Bobrovsky. Look for Bob to be the biggest wildcard here tonight.

On the other side, the Panthers are 3rd in the NHL in goals scored per game when on the road. Mike Hoffman has been on a roll as of late racked up almost 50 points so far this season and has been one of the best point scorers in the entire league. Hoffman will have to come up big to beat this red-hot Philly team here at home by using his body and creating seperation.
