The Arizona Cardinals put their undefeated 5-0 record on the line Sunday when visiting the Cleveland Browns. Arizona is 5-0 for the first time since 1974. Arizona defeated the San Francisco 49ers 17-10 last Sunday behind a strong defensive effort that held the 49ers to 338 yards of total offense. On offense, Kyler Murray passed for 239 yards with one touchdown and DeAndre Hopkins caught six passes for 87 yards and one touchdown. Arizona's most notable injuries are tight end Maxx Williams who has been lost for the season with a knee injury, while linebacker Ezekiel Turners was put on injured reserve this week. The team leader in quarterback sacks, linebacker Chandler Jones is out under covid protocols.

Cleveland is 3-2 after falling to the Los Angeles Chargers 47-42 last Sunday. In a game where the defenses failed to show up, Cleveland gained 531 yards of total offense but the Browns defense gave up 493 yards to the Chargers offense. The two teams combined for six touchdowns in the fourth quarter with Cleveland scoring 2 and giving up 4 to the Chargers. On Wednesday, Cleveland had 17 players on its injury report with 9 that did not take part in practice. Among those that did not participate on Wednesday are Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, Myles Garrett, Jadeveon Clowney and Takkarist McKinley. However, it is not known how many on that list will not play.

Arizona Flying High on Offense

Arizona has the fourth highest-scoring offense in the NFL with an average of 31.4 points per game. Kyler Murray has completed 70% or more of his passes over the last four games and has accounted for 13 touchdowns including 10 through the air. DeAndre Hopkins is Murray's favorite target and the wide receiver has 312 yards and four touchdown receptions. Arizona is rushing for an average of 128.0 yards per game and passing for an average of 285.2 yards per game. While the Cardinals' strength on offense is through the air, running backs Chase Edmonds has 270 yards and James Conner has 201 yards on the ground and the two have combined for five touchdowns.
